Dear Laos-Australia Alumni Women,
Greetings from Laos Australia Institute.
On behalf of the Australian Embassy, you are invited to apply for the 2025 Women in Leadership – Learning Circles for Executive Women Program, an inspiring and empowering initiative by the Laos Australia Institute (LAI).
Running from April 2025 to March 2026, this program is designed to support and strengthen the leadership capabilities of Laos-Australia female alumni. It provides a collaborative learning space where executive women and emerging leaders can enhance their self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and strategic leadership skills through mentorship, peer learning, and self-directed activities. Please refer to the attached application guideline for more information about the program.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome female Laos-Australia alumni from diverse sectors and backgrounds, including Australia Awards, Short Courses, LANS, privately funded programs, or any training supported by the Australian Government.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Currently in middle management or leading an SME
• Resident in Laos
• Committed to active participation and developing inclusive leadership practices
