DESCRIPTION: Dear all alumni, you are all invited to Walking through a Songline exhibition which will open to the public from 10 Feb- 1 March 2024.Walking through a Songline is a pop-up digital experience based on part of the National Museum of Australia’s internationally acclaimed exhibition Songlines: Tracking the Seven Sisters.Through Walking through a Songline we invite visitors to enter a space of immersive light projections, following in the footsteps of the Seven Sisters. The installation allows audiences of all ages to immerse themselves in a space where paintings come to life, stories are visualised, and ancient knowledge is shared in a striking and artistic way.  Surrender your understanding of time and space, and experience Indigenous storytelling as this ancient narrative comes alive through new technology.
